Neapolitan Pizza in Japan: PST Pizza
When we went to Japan in December 2018, Will suggested we try this pizza spot called PST Pizza. At first, I was questioning why we would try pizza in Japan and we were convinced after watching some of Eater’s videos about PST Pizza and you can read more about Tokyo Neapolitan: The New Wave of Japanese Pizza
We arrived before they opened to be the first waiting in line and we were seated at the counters to have front row watching them make the pizzas we would be eating. They made it look so beautiful like art as they were putting the ingredients on it before popping it into the stove. It was definitely an exceptional kind of pizza and the first time seeing an egg being cracked on top of a pizza (shown in below left picture).
