2016 Time Out Dubai Restaurant of the Year: COYA

Where do you turn to when looking for a place to eat? There are endless amount of resources available online and word of mouth. OpenTable is top on our list when looking for recommendations. It can reserve a table while also receiving points for each booked reservation that you can redeem for gift certificates after +2,000 points. OpenTable was how we discovered COYA, a Peruvian spot that won 2016 Time Out Dubai's Restaurant of the Year and is located at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai. We were able to book a reservation in advance in Dubai to save us time and not have to worry about waiting at a first come, first serve.

We were enjoying the COYA Brunch and started our journey with drinks at the Pisco Lounge. Then, we entered the main restaurant shown below where we were guided to a back, cozy, corner table for two.

This was the best ceviche counter we have ever had for appetizers. It was a wide array of options and we would have ate more, but we wanted to save room for the rest of the brunch menu that you can see in the photos below that was served to our table. 

We would recommend eating here and we trust Time Out Dubai for selecting an excellent choice for restaurant of the year. Cheers to Peruvian food and COYA Dubai. Delicious!
